Atonarp announces a new innovative message platform for semiconductor fabrication. Aston improves workability, productivity, and efficiency.
TOKYO - July 15, 2021 - Atonarp, a leading manufacturer of molar sensors and diagnostic products for the semiconductor, medical, and pharmaceutical industries, in partnership with Aston, Inc. innovative in-situ measurement system for high plasma ion concentrations in semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Aston represents a breakthrough in semiconductor manufacturing technology. The new platform allows for in-situ process analysis by a mole, efficient production, and high output quartz glass.Aston was developed specifically for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and uses a variety of equipment that has been used in the factory. The robust platform provides superior control for a variety of applications, including photolithography, electrolyte and rare earth material disassembly and cleaning, process kettle cleaning and processing, and gas cutting.
Prakash Murthy, CEO, CTO, and Grounder of Atonarp, stated, "In the production of semiconductors, a significant increase in productivity can achieve multi-million dollar scale. in semiconductor production," said Prakash Murthy, CEO, CTO, and Grounder of Atonarp.
Murthy further stated, "With the introduction of state-of-the-art production equipment by Aston, we will be able to make purchases within weeks or even decades. Aston will be able to significantly improve its production processes and increase customer satisfaction by implementing the latest technology to enhance productivity."
Endpoint detection (EPD) is an efficient detection method for equipment used in the manufacture of semiconductors. However, EPD could not be used in many processes because of the harsh processes and chemicals used in solvent extraction, which prevented the use of the required in-situ sensors and were stopped by cold traps. Therefore, in these cases, the time required for processing had to be minimized. Therefore, Aston keeps accurate records of the time it takes to complete certain tasks in order to optimize productivity. As a result, the service life is reduced by about 80%.
Aston is designed to handle contamination from hot water as well as corrosive gases. The platform is more robust than other systems and has two independent ion sources (a conventional EI ion source and a filamentless plasma source) to ensure consistent performance under the harsh conditions of half-breater production. It is also used for in-situ measurements in harsh environments, where the highly corrosive EI-Ionquelles are degraded in a short time.
As a result, Aston's shock resistance is dozens of times lower than that of other mass spectrometers. This allows the self-separation feature to handle a wide range of phenomena caused by condensation.
Since Aston itself generates plasma, it works with or without plasma. This gives it a tremendous advantage over atom emission spectrometry experiments that require plasma equipment. Therefore, Aston is specifically designed for nucleation and special metal formation processes that do not use slow, low velocity, or plasma.
Aston requires efficient and good mechanical learning based on quantitative and actionable data, i.e., Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI), to achieve efficient processes. In addition, linear and production engineering personnel can perform production control tasks with a high degree of expertise, specialization, and responsiveness to statistical data analysis and production control.
Aston was developed for chemical gas analysis and cleaning, and its use has resulted in an achievement rate of over 13% per year. The instrument can be used when installing a new process tank or attached to equipment already in use.
Aston can be used in combination with Psi, an intelligent drive recorder from ATI Korea. In order to improve the performance of such a combination, Samsung has conducted a study that takes into account the latest technological background.
Aston is currently being evaluated and marketed and can be done directly with Atonarp or with Atonarp's global partner network.
