Article 4 (Change of Purpose of Use)

Article 5 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

1. When requested by the individual, the Company will disclose personal information to that individual without delay. However, if disclosure falls under any of the following cases, the Company may choose not to disclose all or part of the information. If a decision is made not to disclose, the Company will notify the individual of this fact without delay.
   
   1. Cases where disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party.
   2. Cases where disclosure may significantly impede the proper execution of the Company's business.
   3. Cases where disclosure would violate other laws or regulations.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, information other than personal information, such as historical information and characteristic information, will generally not be disclosed.

Article 6 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

1. If the user's personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the user may request that the Company correct, add to, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") the personal information in accordance with the procedures established by the Company.
2. If the Company receives the request from the user as described in the preceding paragraph and determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, the Company shall make the Correction, etc., to the relevant personal information without delay.
   
3. When the Company has made the Correction, etc., or has decided not to make the Correction, etc., based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, it will notify the user of this without delay.

Article 7 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

1. If the Company is requested by an individual to suspend or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") their personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it was acquired by fraudulent means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
2. If, based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, it is determined that it is necessary to respond to the request, the Company will perform the Suspension of Use, etc., of the relevant personal information without delay.
3. When the Company has performed the Suspension of Use, etc., or has decided not to perform the Suspension of Use, etc., based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, it will notify the individual of this without delay.
4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if performing the Suspension of Use, etc., would incur a large amount of expense or if it is otherwise difficult to perform, and if alternative measures can be taken to protect the rights and interests of the user, the Company shall implement such alternative measures.

Article 8 (Changes to Privacy Policy)

1. The content of this Policy may be changed without notice to the user, except as otherwise provided by law or in this Policy.
   
2. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall become effective from the time it is posted on this Website.
