Aston Impact Metrology Platform from Atnerp Begins Volume Shipments to Korean Semiconductor FAB

Beijing, April 6, 2022 - Atonarp, a leading company in the semi-precision control field, officially launches and sells its Aston platform in the global market. This is one of the most important milestones in Atonarp's global development process.

Aston is a type of meshesolver quality meter that provides accurate and real-time engineering and chemical parameters, with a sensitivity to molecular weight of up to 10 π.
