ATTNARP's research project on semiconductor manufacturing market entry in India using real-time mass spectrometry sensors has been selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) for a fiscal 2024 supplementary subsidy for the Global South Future-oriented Co-creation Project (small-scale demonstration and feasibility study project).

(Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Sreedhar Murthy Prakash) announced on August 1, 2025, that its research project on semiconductor manufacturing market entry in India using real-time mass spectrometry sensors has been selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) for a fiscal 2024 supplementary subsidy for the Global South Future-oriented Co-creation Project ( (hereinafter referred to as "Prakash") has been selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan (METI) as a recipient of a fiscal 2024 supplementary budget for the Global South Future-oriented Co-creation Project (small-scale demonstration/FS project).

The purpose of the adopted project is to evaluate from various perspectives whether the real-time mass spectrometry sensor technology developed by ATNARP Corporation can be deployed in the Indian semiconductor manufacturing equipment market, which is expected to expand rapidly in the future, and to formulate a strategy and structure plan for commercialization. Through this project, we will accelerate our activities in India and collaboration with related local organizations for future business development in India.
